[Holism at the heart of nursing knowledge: a proposed model for teaching it in nursing]. / L'holisme au cœur du savoir infirmier : proposition d'un modèle pour l'enseigner en sciences infirmières.

The concept of holism remains difficult to grasp and to teach because of its polysemous nature. In the current reflections on the construction of nursing curricula, it seems necessary to propose some reference points in the meaning given to this widely used but little conceptualized notion. Nursing shares a unique and holistic view of patients, yet nursing education, rooted in the substance of nursing, remains undefined. Drawing on the work of English-language theorist Hesook Suzie Kim, this article explains part of her model of nursing practice analysis. This model is composed of four distinct domains that address the need to identify the holistic dimension of nursing knowledge to be taught.

Attractivité et fidélisation des infirmiers en psychiatrie, les enjeux du tutorat.

Retaining nurses is a crucial issue for psychiatric hospitals. While many psychiatric nurses are retiring, these services are considered unattractive by young graduates who prefer technical acts. In addition to these recruitment difficulties, young nurses are highly unstable. The question of the transmission of knowledge and skills in the services appears to be a determining factor. How can we meet the challenge of the transition between generations of nurses? In order to answer this question, the determinants of the intention of nurses to leave are presented. In addition, the mechanism of these determinants, identified during a research-intervention for French nurses practicing in psychiatry, is described. These elements are levers for action to be implemented.

Partnership in health is an innovative concept that brings about change. It is part of an attempt to synthesize support practices and actions of political and citizen scope. Its application poses challenges and issues for the actors of tomorrow's health system.

Educational inequalities in France: A survey on parenting practices during the first COVID-19 lockdown.

What does the analysis of school support practices during lockdown in France tell us about the fabrication of educational inequalities? The question of parental monitoring of schoolwork has long been absent from French sociology of education. Based on French sociologist Pierre Bourdieu's concept of cultural assimilation, the traditional assumption was that family socialisation operates in an "osmotic" way and that studying parents' concrete, voluntary and explicit practices to support their children's schoolwork would not yield much new information. This research note takes the opposite view and demonstrates, on the basis of a survey using a questionnaire (n = 31,764) supplemented by a series of interviews (n = 18) conducted in France during the spring 2020 lockdown, that there are strong differences depending on social background. The early results of this survey suggest in particular that limiting explanations for social inequalities in homeschooling to a digital divide is too simple. The pedagogical dimensions of social inequalities in children's educational achievements must also be taken into account. The author introduces French theories about the "relationship to knowledge" (les théories du rapport au savoir) as a suitable theoretical approach to investigating this dimension.

Les inégalités scolaires en France : Une enquête sur les pratiques parentales lors du première confinement de COVID-19 ­ Qu'est-ce que l'analyse des pratiques de soutien scolaire pendant le confinement en France nous apprend sur la manière dont se constituent les inégalités scolaires ? La question du suivi parental du travail scolaire a longtemps été absente de la sociologie française de l'éducation. S'appuyant sur le concept de capital culturel de Bourdieu, l'hypothèse traditionnelle peut être résumée ainsi : la socialisation familiale fonctionne de manière « osmotique ¼ et, par conséquent, l'étude des pratiques concrètes, volontaires et explicites des parents pour soutenir le travail scolaire de leurs enfants n'est pas d'une grand utilité. Cette note de recherche prend le contre-pied de ce postulat et démontre, sur la base d'une enquête par questionnaire (n = 31.764) complétée par une série d'entretiens (n = 18) menée en France pendant le confinement du printemps 2020, qu'il existe de fortes différences selon le milieu social. Les premiers résultats de cette enquête suggèrent notamment qu'il n'est pas possible de réduire les explications des inégalités sociales en matière de d'école à la maison à l'existence d'une « fracture numérique. La dimension pédagogique des inégalités sociales dans les résultats scolaires des enfants doit également être prise en compte. L'auteur présente les théories françaises du rapport au savoir comme une approche théorique adéquate pour étudier cette dimension.

The analyst as user illusion: therapy in the time of COVID-19.

In his essay The Spiritual Problem of Modern Man, Jung states that 'The spiritual problem of modern man is one of those questions which are so much part of the age we live in that we cannot see them in proper perspective. Modern man is an entirely new phenomenon; a modern problem is one which has just arisen and whose answer still lies in the future' (Jung 1928, para. 148). During the pandemic, analytic treatment largely moved to online platforms. I propose an examination of the implications of video therapy for our experience and understanding of the analytic frame and container. Through the introduction of Marina Abramovic's performance piece entitled The Artist is Present, which took place at MoMA, New York, in 2010, I explore some reverberations of technologically-mediated sessions. By putting Abramovic's piece in context with some of my experiences, I draw conclusions regarding a technologically-mediated therapeutic paradigm. Supported by writings from authors André Sassenfeld, Tor Nørretranders and Iain McGilchrist, I introduce the concept of 'exformation' and investigate different neuroscientific presets of human perception and communication. I will ask how they might affect online therapeutic work and our experience of an embodied versus a virtual co-presence.

Je propose un examen des conséquences de la thérapie par vidéo pour notre expérience et notre compréhension du cadre analytique et du contenant. En mettant la performance d'Abramovic dans le contexte de mes expériences, je tire des conclusions concernant le paradigme thérapeutique quand cette thérapie s'appuie sur la médiation technologique. Soutenu par les écrits d'auteurs tels qu'André Sassenfeld, Tor Norretranders et Ian McGilchrist, je présente le concept d' « exformation ¼ et j'explore différents préréglages neuroscientifiques de la perception et de la communication humaines. Je soulève la question de comment ceux-ci peuvent affecter le travail thérapeutique en ligne et notre expérience d'une co-présence incarnée par opposition à virtuelle.

Pour discuter le thème plus général de l'invention qui se présente dans la clinique psychanalytique, cet article propose de penser la question des solutions de contournement comme des cas particuliers d'invention marqués par la dimension de la précarité. Cette précarité nous intéresse dans la mesure où elle nous permet d'accéder à une lecture non idéalisée de ce que Lacan formule comme invention sur le destin donné au symptôme dans le terme d'une psychanalyse, qui serait une manière de faire avec quelque chose pour laquelle il n'y a pas de programmation symbolique définie. Dans cette perspective, nous pensons que la pratique du psychanalyste actualise le bricolage de la solution de contournement comme une fuite vers la singularité inventive.

Visando discutir o tema mais geral da invenção que se apresenta no âmbito da clínica psicanalítica, este trabalho propõe pensar a questão da gambiarra como um caso particular de invenção marcada pela dimensão da precariedade. Essa precariedade interessa na medida em que nos permite alcançar uma leitura não idealizada do que Lacan formula como invenção acerca do destino dado ao sintoma no termo de uma psicanálise, que seria um modo de se haver com algo para o qual não se dispõe de uma programação simbólica definida. Nessa perspectiva, acreditamos que a prática do psicanalista atualiza a bricolagem da gambiarra como um escape para a singularidade inventiva.

In order to discuss the more general theme of the invention that presents itself in the scope of psychoanalytic clinic, this work propose to think about the issue of the workaround as a particular case of invention marked by the dimension of precariousness. This precariousness is of interest hereto the extent that it allows us to achieve a non-idealized reading of what Lacan formulates as an invention to describe the destiny given to the symptom at the end of a psychoanalysis, which would be a way of dealing with something for which there is no predefined symbolic setting. From this perspective, we believe that the psychoanalyst's practice updates the DIY aspect of the workaround as an escape towards the inventive singularity.

De forma a preservar o ímpeto evolutivo e o alcance da psicanálise, a tarefa da análise de controle é prevenir o estabelecimento da inércia que busca o menor denominador comum e a degeneração de ideias e práticas em evolução na direção de banalizações e preconceitos. A uma instituição psicanalítica é necessário manter padrões mínimos e simultaneamente preservar-se como ambiente vibrante e dinâmico para o contínuo desenvolvimento e regeneração da psicanálise enquanto estrutura viva e simbólica. Através de uma análise de controle, cada analista adquire um estilo analítico único, que não se refere a preferências e idiossincrasias egoicas, mas a uma singular e nova articulação subjetiva dos elementos preexistentes na estrutura tradicional. Sem a realização de uma análise pessoal, a análise da contratransferência e da identificação projetiva em supervisão pode operar como resistência à análise pessoal, essa última o mais importante fator para a autoautorização do analista dentro da organização psicanalítica. O analista não é autorizado pela supervisão ou pelo supervisor, mas pela experiência analítica pessoal com o inconsciente, o sintoma e seus efeitos pós-analíticos sob a forma do que Lacan nomeia de sinthoma. Lacan diz que, ao término da análise, o analisando ou futuro analista não se identifica com o analista, mas sim com seu sinthoma.

The task of control analysis is to preserve the evolutionary impetus and edge of psychoanalysis and prevent the inertia towards the lowest common denominator, and the degeneration of evolved ideas and practices into common assumptions and prejudices. A psychoanalytic organization needs to maintain standards while also preserving the organization as a vibrant and dynamic site for the continuing development and re-invention of psychoanalysis as a living symbolic structure. Through a control analysis every analyst acquires a unique analytical style that does not refer to ego preferences and idiosyncrasies, but to a singular and new subjective articulation of the pre-existing elements of a traditional structure. Without a personal analysis, the analysis of the countertransference and of projective identification in supervision can function as a resistance to the personal analysis which is the most important factor for the self-authorization of the analyst within a psychoanalytic organization. The analyst is not authorized by supervision or the supervisor, but by the personal analytical experience with the unconscious, the symptom, and its post-analytical effects in the form of what Lacan calls the sinthome. Lacan said that at the end of analysis, the analysand or the future analyst does not identify with the analyst, but rather with his/her sinthome.

Sin realizar un análisis personal, el análisis de la contratransferencia y la identificación proyectiva en la supervisión puede operar como resistencia al análisis personal, este último el factor más importante para la auto autorización del analista dentro de la organización psicoanalítica. El analista no está autorizado por la supervisión o el supervisor, sino por la experiencia analítica personal con el inconsciente, el síntoma y sus efectos posanalíticos en forma de lo que Lacan llama sinthoma. A sociology of anxiety: Western modern legacy and the Covid-19 outbreak.

The aim of this article is to investigate the role of anxiety as an emotional state frequently identified as the most characteristic of the history of modern Europe, and of the 'Global North'. Starting from an assessment of the main supporters of this interpretation in social theory - such as the risk society approach of Ulrich Beck, and the role of expert knowledge in Anthony Giddens - the article discusses the current relevance and limitations of this well-established notion. The second part applies this discussion to the role of anxiety in the recent Covid-19 outbreak, and more specifically with regard to its relations with trust in scientific knowledge. Even though Covid-19 has been a global pandemic, this emergency can reveal some cultural and historical characteristics of European anxiety in the geo-cultural map of emotions.

L'objectif de cet article est d'étudier le rôle de l'anxiété en tant qu'état émotionnel fréquemment identifié comme le plus caractéristique de l'histoire de l'Europe moderne et du « Nord global ¼. En partant d'une évaluation des principaux tenants de cette interprétation dans la théorie sociale ­ comme la conception de la société du risque d'Ulrich Beck, et le rôle du savoir des experts chez Anthony Giddens ­ l'article examine la pertinence et les limites actuelles de cette interprétation bien établie. La deuxième partie applique cette analyse au rôle de l'anxiété dans l'épidémie récente de Covid-19, et notamment à ses relations avec la confiance dans les connaissances scientifiques. Même si le Covid-19 est une pandémie mondiale, l'urgence de la situation peut être révélatrice de certaines caractéristiques culturelles et historiques de l'anxiété européenne dans la carte géoculturelle des émotions.

El objetivo de este artículo es investigar el papel de la ansiedad como un estado emocional frecuentemente identificado como el más característico de la historia de la Europa moderna y del "Norte global". A partir de una evaluación de los principales defensores de esta interpretación en la teoría social, como el enfoque de la sociedad del riesgo de Ulrich Beck y el papel del conocimiento experto en Anthony Giddens, el artículo analiza la relevancia actual y las limitaciones de esta interpretación establecida en la literatura. La segunda parte aplica esta discusión al papel de la ansiedad en el brote reciente de Covid-19 y, más específicamente, a su relación con la confianza en el conocimiento científico. Si bien el Covid-19 es una pandemia global, esta emergencia puede revelar algunas de las características culturales e históricas de la ansiedad europea en el mapa geocultural de las emociones.

O presente artigo apresenta o estudo de caso deum adolescente com problemas de aprendizagem e graves impasses na sua constituição subjetiva que revisita, justamente, aquele saber fazer psicopedagógico a meio caminho entre o conhecimento e o desejo. Indiretamente, denuncia a falácia do discurso da inclusão escolar disseminado na escola, que, ao desconhecer a dimensão do inconsciente, dificulta ao educando assumir outra posição subjetiva que não a de "deficiente"

Este artículo presenta el caso de estudio de un adolescente con problemas de aprendizaje y graves impases en su constitución subjetiva que revisa, precisamente, ese saber hacer psicopedagógico a medio camino entre el conocimiento y el deseo. Indirectamente, denuncia la falacia del discurso de inclusión escolar difundido en la escuela que, al ignorar la dimensión del inconsciente, dificulta que el alumno asuma otra posición subjetiva que la de "discapacitado"

For more than ten years, the nursing repository has strongly emphasized the logic of an autonomous, responsible and reflexive professional. In this context, the analysis of professional practices is prescribed. It can provide added value, but requires differentiating certain aspects in order to be used effectively and to highlight the analytical knowledge of "its" practice.

The nursing profession is based on the acquisition of knowledge and skills. The rapid evolution of scientific knowledge requires regular updating of knowledge in order to base practice on solid and reliable data. The intensive care nurses point out the lack of adequacy between the initial training and the reality of daily life, which is sometimes a source of deviation from good practices. In intensive care, a field where care techniques evolve very rapidly, nurses must be able to update their knowledge and participate in the construction of new knowledge.

How can the use of information and communication technologies for education improve learning and enrich knowledge? In what way and how can training systems such as the massive open online course contribute to the acquisition of new knowledge and the construction of professional skills? Within what limits? These questions are now being addressed to trainers and all healthcare professionals.

Knowledge translation of the Canadian 24-Hour Movement Guidelines for Adults aged 18-64 years and Adults aged 65 years or older: a collaborative movement guideline knowledge translation process.

Establishing a step-by-step process that provides practitioners with a blueprint for translating movement guidelines into action stands to optimize the investment in guideline development, improve guideline promotion and uptake, and ultimately enhance population health. The purpose of this paper is to describe how the Knowledge-to-Action framework and integrated knowledge translation were operationalized to systematically inform our knowledge translation (KT) efforts for the Canadian 24-Hour Movement Guidelines for Adults aged 18-64 years and Adults aged 65 years or older. In October 2018, the need for a KT Process, operating in tandem with the Guideline Development Process, led to the establishment of a KT team with a specific structure and terms of reference. The KT team collaboratively agreed on decision-making principles prior to selecting target audiences to focus their efforts. We undertook formative research to assess the local context and determinants of guideline dissemination and implementation efforts among target audiences. Plans for the subsequent steps and research are outlined. We highlight recommendations and lessons learned for applying the process in other settings. Novelty We outline a collaborative and systematic process and research program for the knowledge translation of movement guidelines. This paper provides an innovative and replicable blueprint to optimize future movement guideline knowledge translation efforts.

Transformações do/no analista: assombrações e assombros / Transformations of/in the analyst / Transformaciones del/en el analista / Transformations de/chez l'analyste

Neste trabalho a autora procura pensar a experiência clínica com dois pacientes, com os quais surgiram vivências estranhas e ameaçadoras, que ela nomeia de início como assombrações. Suas reflexões sugerem que as transformações que o analista pode fazer dessas assombrações - suas intuições, seu pensamento onírico e funcionamento alfa - podem trazer desenvolvimentos úteis à dupla analítica, como o surgimento de novos vértices, a ampliação do espaço mental e a possibilidade de digerir e elaborar fortes emoções, movimentos mais ligados à noção de assombro, pensado como propiciador do conhecer e do ser. O trabalho aborda também as transformações vividas pelo analista em sua formação, as transformações propiciadas pela escrita analítica, bem como as transformações existenciais durante a vida do analista, que podem dificultar sua função analítica, necessitando constantes cuidados e reanálises.

In this article the author seeks to reflect on the clinical experience with two patients who lived through strange and threatening episodes, which, right from the very start, the author named as hauntings. Her considerations suggest that these hauntings may be transformed - through the analyst's intuition, oneiric thought and alpha function - and the result of these transformations may bring useful unfoldings to the analytical pair, such as the springing of new vertex, the amplification of the mental space and the possibility to digest and elaborate strong emotions, movements closer to the notion of haunt regarded as a sponsor for knowledge and for being. This article also approaches the transformations experienced by the analyst in their formation, the transformations the analytical writing may provide, as well as existential transformations in the analyst's own life, which may hamper the analytical activity, demanding constant care and reanalyses.

En el presente trabajo, la autora plantea la experiencia clínica con dos pacientes, en la que surgen experiencias extrañas y amenazantes, que inicialmente denomina apariciones. Sus reflexiones sugieren que las transformaciones de estas experiencias que el analista puede llevar a cabo (sus intuiciones, su pensamiento onírico y su funcionamiento alfa) pueden aportar desarrollos útiles al dúo analítico, como la aparición de nuevos vértices, la expansión del espacio mental y la posibilidad de digerir y elaborar emociones fuertes, movimientos más vinculados a la noción de asombro, pensado como propiciador del saber y del ser. El trabajo también aborda las transformaciones experimentadas por el analista en su formación, las transformaciones proporcionadas por la escritura analítica, así como las transformaciones existenciales durante la vida del analista, que pueden obstaculizar su función analítica, lo que requiere un cuidado constante y reanálisis.

Dans ce travail, l'auteur essaie de réfléchir l'expérience clinique avec deux patients, où des expériences étranges et menaçantes ont émergé, qu'elle nomme d'abord comme des hantises. Ses réflexions suggèrent que les transformations que l'analyste peut faire de ces hantises - ses intuitions, sa pensée onirique et son fonctionnement alpha - peuvent apporter des développements utiles au duo analytique, tels que l'émergence de nouveaux sommets, l'expansion de l'espace mental et la possibilité de digérer et élaborer des émotions fortes, des mouvements plus liés à la notion d'étonnement, pensé comme apportant de la connaissance et de l'être. Le travail aborde également les transformations vécues par l'analyste dans sa formation, les transformations apportées par l'écriture analytique, ainsi que les transformations existentielles au cours de la vie de l'analyste, qui peuvent entraver sa fonction analytique, nécessitant des soins constants et réanalyses.
